Bad service and bad conflict resolution

Driver of the name Tino Captain as on True caller called me to deliver my order at 18h10 the 4th September 2026 on a Friday. Told the gent im not home and no body is home he dont ask me if is there another way but instead tells me that HE WILL THROW MY PARCEL in the yard, when I ask why would you do that without knowing what is inn the box and worst part it was raining. When I called in onthe 6th Monday Rhufulo is advocating for such act of service and tells me to call the driver to hear off what time he'll service my area......
