BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

Bought 20 national satchels for R980 via Ria. Waited more than 2 weeks for delivery.Kept calling her to ask when they would deliver, she kept saying she will check with delivery guy (whom i called and he said he knows nothing about my order) and get back to me which she never did until i called again. Yesterday she said she can't see my payment i must send proof of payment again, which i did. Don't understand why she didn't say so 2 weeks ago. She forwarded to her colleague Lindi Roos who was apparently assisting with my query. They then started communicating in Afrikaans, which i told them i do not understand, and they ignored me.<br> <br> Today when i call Ria,she tells me she has resigned i must call Janet Fraser. Called her and she was very rude and told me she can't see my payment and i should send proof of payment again, and in a very rude manner she said they will refund me. This was after i told her they must refund me since they cannot deliver. I have never experienced such bad service with rude people before. i would not recommend anyone to use their services. They are cheap, but it doesn't help if they do not deliver.
