Bad Service and Attitude

I deal with a lot of deliveries which are mainly done by Fastway Couriers, but the pay two deliveries they have left my package 5 houses from my house and the last package was opened when I spoke to the guy named Mandla as to why don't they call me becayae when I receive an sms notifying me that delivery will be made in the next 4days, I ensure that I am home or someone is. This guy called Mandla driving a Fastway Bakkie JWD665NW tells me its not his job to call me and he calls me a stupid woman. I pointed my finger on his forehead and told him I'm not a stupid woman.
