Bad service

I am not happy with the service i am getting i have ordered some school projects items from Durban the suppliers has handed the order to fastway on the 3rd early hours as they didn't collect my parcel on the 2nd at 16h00.the whole of the 3rd my parcel is sitting at their hub no one knows why and those items i need them for my child project i will never use it in anyhow
