Bad service

Have been waiting for my temu parcel from Monday 3 August. Have been told they are busy training new drivers, and the drivers are struggling. Why is this my problem. Also asked to talked to a manager, but they don't want me to talked to one. Was promise that my parcel will be delivered toady 13 August before 5. But still nothing. Also try leaving message on there Facebook page to contact me. But nothing.
