Bad service

I wish there was 0 star to give to this company. They are ver ***********. I’ve been at home on 9 April when it was said my parcel is out for delivery but my delivery status is updated that they couldn’t locate me when they didn’t even attempt to deliver. I am really annoyed. I wish Temu can change their delivery company.
