Bad service

The most terrible service I have ever received from a courier company. It’s been days now waiting for my parcel, they keep saying it will be delivered today next thing when u check the status it’s the depots. A guy named Thabang from their Johannesburg branch assured me will have my parcel by 3pm today but will nothing. To every online store that utilize their service please start looking for other options as you will lose customers because of them also.
