BAD SERVICE

Parcel 2A*** has been picked up in Cape Town last week Thursday for delivery to Secunda. For the last week since Monday this parcel has been stationery in Witbank and no attempt has been made to deliver the parcel. This is the worst service from a courier company that I have ever received. In the meantime I have clients waiting for their goods and I cannot provide since I have not received any parcel. Some of the customers has cancelled their orders because it is taking so long to be delivered and that loss is now for my account. I can assure you that neither myself or the company from which I bought will never ever make use of Fastway ever again. The first and the very last time I have used them for sure.
