Bad service

This is the worst Courier Company ever. My parcel arrived few days ago but they haven’t delivered it when I call them they answer with attitude. I asked them if I can go and collect it myself and they didn’t answer me they put me on hold until I ran out of airtime. When I call again they don’t answer.
