Bad service

Fastway Couriers is very horrible, they don't even deserve a star. Customer service is null and void. Parcel has been in transit since the 03/08/2025. I've been trying to follow up but no response, they advise you to use their pathetic WhatsApp service that's supposed to be quicker.
