Bad service

This is the worst courier company! My package was supposed to have been delivered today and the driver who has it is giving me run arounds! I’ve called their customer service a couple of times and they aren’t willing to help me! He keeps on promising me that he’d come deliver it and he doesn’t. I’ve also made attempts to meet him wherever he is so I can collect my package but he’s refusing to meet me! I regret using their services!
