Bad Service

The service of the company is non existent. You cannot get hold of any staff member at the Ricarardsbay Depot and the staff that is supposed to assist you on the what’s app chat or at their Head office is not helpful at all. My parcel has been in RCB for more than a week. No update no phones to return my query. I will never recommend them to anyone.
