Bad Service

I ordered things from China and I accidently gave the wrong adress.. while it was still on the way to South Africa I contacted Fastway Couriers and explained to them that the default adress was wrong and I want to change it.. the told me that once the package is in South Africa only then can they change it but they will keep me updated.. on the 1st March 2026 the package was delivered to the wrong adress and now it's gone.. they did not even inform me that the package is out for delivery otherwise I could have made arrangements. There was critical parts in the package and now I have to reorder the parts...
