Bad Service

My package was delivered in the nelspruit depot on the 9th of Jan i have been calling the company to follow up why they have not delivered my parcel yet and they told me their vehicle had broken down and i would be receiving the package on saturday (12/01) i still have not recieved it and i need this package before schools open also how does a whole courier company have 1 vehicle? What plan are they making since that one vehicle has broken down this is not my first issue with this company and a broken down vehicle they are causing such an inconvinience for me, whatever happens stay away from fast way please there is nothing fast about this company.
