Bad service

Their service is not good. I was waiting for a parcel that was supposedly to be delivered yesterday but the driver could not get hold of me. I'm staying in a complex so to press the number button on the intercom box I would have received notice. Trying to speak to them via WhatsApp is a nightmare. They promised me yesterday that I would receive the parcel before 5 yesterday... well it is a day later and still no parcel and I'm still waiting to get any response from WhatsApp chat.
