Bad service

I am very unhappy with the service from Fastway. I called them to find out how far my parcel is as I have been waiting all week. I was passed from pillar to post cause no seemed to be responsible for my region. After making about 4 phone calls I got through to someone who told me that they have broken down vans so my parcel will not be delivered today. How would I have known this if I had not gone out of my way to find out what is going on. This is totally unacceptable
