Bad service

If i could give a "minus rating", i would definitely gave to "Fastway courier". The name also should be changed to "Slow way courier". My parcel was scheduled for delivery on 13.01.2022 (which was urgent), on their tracking site by end of the 13th January was dropped at some of their facility, next day i phoned to *** and i was promised that parcel will be delivered DEFINATELY on 14.01.2022. Later that day i phoned again, and same person with sloppy attitude said that she PROMISES that parcel will be delivered before 17:30 P.M. today is 17.01.2022 - and i am still waiting......... Shame and you!!!
