Bad service

This is probably the worst courier company,my parcel arrived from China 3 weeks ago I payed customs 3 weeks ago and they still have not delivered my parcel the driver keeps lying saying he tried to deliver whilst he didn't I've called all day but No one seems to be able to help I don't understand what the problem is.
