Bad Service

I am receiving a very bad experience with Fast way, I have paid the Custome fee using a link that was sent to me by them and it been more than 11 days them saying they have not received any payment even if I send them a proof of payment. I have doing a follow up no help been received. my package keep moving the delivery date. I am not sure how is their communication between them and Temu but i am not happy with the service i've been receiving and now i'm requesting for my full refund
