bad service

Went personally to pta fastway office. Got all the details I needed. Consultant gave me direct line number which is forever not available...couldn't even get through once..calling the call centre...never a reply. .after R50 worth of airtime..I still cannot get a hold of anyone to pick up my courier which is by the way URGENT!!! Now I will hav ti go PERSONALLY and see what the heck is goin on so I can get my courier sent to where it needa to be...terrible service delivery n very dissappinting considering I was referred to this courier service by a friend.
