Bad service

My parcel has been by the pta depot since monday the 25th of may 2026. We kept on phoning and they either don't answer or on Wednesday they said it will be delivered thursday. Thursday came and gone and no package after phoning again they said it will be delivered Friday, I mentioned that they must please deliver before 10 and it is now 9:30 with no parcel in site and yet again all the numbers we have don't go through. It is pathetic that a parcel takes so long to be delivered and that there no customer service.
