Bad service

Good morning, I am having a bad experience with fastway couriers Durban. I've been waiting for my parcel since Wednesday. When I called the customer care they advised that the driver came and I wasn't around which was a lie, called again on Friday they gave me the drivers number he kept on saying his coming still I haven't received my parcel. What I truly hate it lies I've been at home not moving I can't go anywhere because of the delivery guy.
