Bad service

I have a big problem with FASTWAY Courier, on Wednesday on the 3rd I sent a package to Cape Town, From Orange Farm Eyethu Mall in Gauteng they said to me the package will be in Cape Town on the 5th which is on Friday, on Saturday I received the call from Cape Town they didn't get the package, when we track it by the track number it is delivered in the wrong address in Vereeniging, Yesterday I went to them, the staff was soo rude they say it's my fault, my details were incomplete, I asked them why they didn't call me and tell me my details were incomplete rather deliver my package in the wrong address, they gave me their head office telephone number, I've been calling them countless times, they don't pick up they even dropped my call.
