Bad service

I ordered some products last week in durban(EMA products)and my order was delivered to pathetic polokwane hub on Tuesday and am based in matoks(dwarsriver), when i call them today to deliver my order, the receptionist were rude and I was told they only deliver to matoks Friday only.am not happy at all because when you accept our money for courier you dnt tell us this.guys be aware of this courier company and believe me you dnont need a courier like this , please check their reviews..EMA products fix this before you loose more clients..
