Bad service

The service I received from Fastway Couriers was extremely disappointing. Communication was virtually non-existent, representatives were difficult to reach, and my parcel was not delivered as expected. Following up on the matter proved to be a frustrating and time-consuming process. To date, I still have not received my parcel or a satisfactory resolution.
