BAD SERVICE

The most un-organized business ever, waiting for a delivery that left their offices at 06:37 this morning, it is now 17:00 and still no delivery, contact the Durban branch 4 times before they answered and refer me to Pietermaritzburg branch. Try 15 times before they answered, the lady said she will call me back, no callback received from them, call them again a couple of times and at last they answer the call again, the excuse was they cannot get hold of the driver, can they deliver after hours at another address, gave them another address, no callback from them to keep me updated on where the driver is or nothing, try to call now again with no luck. AGAIN THE MOST UN-ORGANIZED BUSINESS I'VE USED, WILL NEVER USE THEM AND EILL SOREAD THE WORD HOW USELESS THEY ARE
