Bad service

I have ordered from temu on the 8th of May my expected date was 18 - 27 May.. Last week Thursday my parcel was out for delivery and a hour after I got the mail that said its out for delivery the mail mail said they sent my parcel back to secunda bay... The fastway guy didnt call me or sent a sms or nothing... My parcel was sent to me today again but the fastway guy give my parcel to my brother-in-law and again didn't call me or sms or nothing... Im not satisfied with the service... The service is poor
