Bad service
Pathetic service.I tried calling the branch in Cape Town and all I get is music in my ears playing the whole time.I've spent over R200 worth of airtime on call just to track my parcel and trying to change my contact details they have.When I do track my parcel it says that it's out for delivery but the parcel never reached me.I even stood a whole dat outside my house waiting on them but no one arrived and when I just where my parcel is,it just says that they couldn't get hold of me.But no-one called or came to deliver a package to my address.Very disappointed in there customer service.

19 Nov 2024, 21:04Still haven't receive my package.I contacted them just to change my details and the lady said it will be delivered the next day.Apparently their delivery guys couln't get hold of me,but I think thats's a lie because I don't even geta a phone call from them to say they are infront of my house.I even left the number they must dail to open the gate;so how can it be that they don't get a hold of me.I will never make use of this comapny if this is the way the do business.I'm livid with this company since I have already spent R400 just on airtime to phone them so who is at fault here,me as the client or they or the courier company.
