BAD, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM FASTWAY COURIETS

It is unfair that you ask for a rating, can you please give a zero rating or a minus rating. I have never dealt with such a rude company in my life, nobody is taking responsibility for their actions and they just keep on passing the bug. They can't even provide me with a title why they can't deliver my parcel. It makes you think maybe they are scanning the parcels first. Please, everyone, stay away from them
