BAD, POOR service and untrained staff

Fastway courier is BAD courier i never went pass in my life. they collected my parcel from Cape town on the 23/05 and till today 27/05 dont received the parcel. When i called them i was transfered to 100 people which non of them can help me. The last person i spoke to think he is at centurion depot said to me he told me my parcel was mis send to Pretoria depot which i asked who send it there he said he doesnt know. This is so bad and poor service and untrained consultant
