Bad money

The courier send a message that there are unforeseen circumstances for them not to deliver my parcel at my doorstep. They drove through the township past my home and now they want me to collect at the garage. I paid for shipping, whereas some companies do deliver at my doorstep without having to pay any shipping charges. If your courier can’t deliver to my doorstep, you might as well refund my money. I don’t care if they bring army of security envoy, so long as my parcel is on my doorstep
