BAD exprience

I arranged with Fastway couriers Witbank to collect a parcel for me in Kriel that I needed for my wedding, which they have done. The day before the wedding I had a call from them to say that they truck was hijacked with my parcel in. I knew it was not there fault so I asked them to please arrange insurance to pay out for my parcel value. They have sent me the insurance claim forms, I completed and sent everything back to them. I have been waiting for 3 months for them to refund me, and if I phone they are rude to me saying they don't know I need to wait, but how much longer must I be patient with them.<br> <br> Till today not even one phone call or email from them, I am the only one following up
