Bad experiences

The service is up to Sh×××× .I had a parcel witch was released from Fastway couriers in Bloemfontein on the 01.10.2019 and today is the 7th October I called to ask where is my parcel ,so I called one person after a nother. Just to find out that fastway is the one lying. They hade no idea where my parcel was . And unfortunately still don't know. When I can and ask for my parcel the lady tells me man we are trying to find your parcel we can not track it. How do you give a parcel to the 3rd party if you don't know where the product is.. I am soooooo soooooo disgusted with this service I would never again use them if I can help it... The fact that I can't track my parcel from Bloemfontein onwards and you call them and you get the answer just wait miss your parcel should be there today for 3 days..3 days the same story and suddenly oooo there it is we don't know what happend to your parcle
