Bad delivery service 🚚 full of lies and empty promises

They don’t deliver on time and they don’t communicate they ,they claim to have called but have not .on my case on the 26 of June 2025 I was writing an exam till the 27th so I was expecting my parcel on the 24th but have not received and then on the 25th their office in Witbank (+27 (13) ***) they said they tried to call on the 25th but they couldn’t find me and I said no one called not even one person did when I checked my phone not even one missed call ,when I call back the number on the 26th it ddnt went through the whole day and I have to check them on WhatsApp to track my parcel it said they couldn’t reach me so they took my parcel back to depot nd I enquired about that no one answered the chat not said an available agent will contact me and I waited the whole day until they closed at 17:00 the following day a driver called and I was in exam online at 14:00 with Unisa so I could not pick up any calls due to exam rules I finished at 16:30 when I reach out back no one answered untill they closed then the following day the same and I called the guy on Saturday morning and told him about the 2 days exams writing and promised to bring it but not sure of the time nd he ddnt come I called even the office number it ddnt went through untill afternoon still nothing and my order is still with them even now

I saw them around 05:30 am a bakkie around my place and thought it was them but not,they start working but still nothing on my side wish I could get my refund nd never use them gain😩✋😠
