Bad delivery service

I so wish hellopeter gives a chance for one to no rate at all,I have a parcel that I ordered from stateman last week monday 9 December,and when I track it with fastway its going to Kimberley as I type this,I dont know what is going to do in Kimberley when my address is stated that I stay in barkly east(Eastern cape)And wasted my airtime calling their *** and im being told they experiencing a number of calls they cant take my,that time my parcel is going to the wrong direction for the second time.My order number is 2R***.No wonder our parcels arrive damages its this trip trap instead of calling the parcel owner they roam around with the parcel until it gets damaged or lost,I am sick and tired of fastway serious.
