Bad Delivery Service

Unfortunately this is the 3rd time that I have experienced a very poor delivery service from Fastway. Very inefficient and not reliable in delivering on time. Always say that parcel is on its way and will get it the same day but never happens. Currently waiting for a parcel and 3 days in a row was promised but not delivered. In the meantime my customers are not happy with me. They think that I am lying to them. I am losing sales and customers because of the terrible delivery service of Fastway. When I phoned the branch, I was very stern with them and because of my sterness, I was punished by management and told I will only get my delivery on Monday, 01July 2024. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FASTWAY TO ANYONE. In fact they should be called Slow way.
