Bad Customer Services received

I had a bad customer service from them after asking for a POD, which we are told that you can get on their website when you track for your parcel, i dealt with Customer Services Manager herself (Lynette Hattingh) who is so rude, and who doesn't know what her job entails be careful of that lady
