Bad customer service, will not be recomending them in future

Fastway received the following parcel on Monday 6th July for delivery in Cullinan and the parcel was then shipped to Pretoria depot on the 7th only to be redirect to the Witbank depot and received on the 8th. Today the 9th and when I enquired about the status of my parcel I was informed that they will only deliver on the 10th. The parcel number is NA***. The parcel that I purchased from the supplier was infrared thermometers that are urgently required and their website said within 2 business day. This is pathetic and I will go back to the supplier in this regard.
