Bad customer service if any

This courier company is the worst . You can call them the don't answer. When you do get through after sitting on the phone for 15 min waiting you don't get a clear answer where you parcel is or when it will be delivered. The live chat is just as bad . Shame on you . I see you also only have a 1.2 rating on hello Peter. Will never use you again .
