Bad customer service from Fastway courier

The worst courier service ever. I received a message that my parcel will be delivered yesterday and they didnt so today I tracked my parcel they updated that they couldn't get hold of which is not true and they promised to deliver today, I called their office they gave me the driver number when I called him his phone was off It was around 17:00pm. I then called the Manager Kagiso he was very rude to a point where he said I should collect my parcel from the office if I am in a hurry to get it because im not their only client, they have other clients that they have to deliver to.

He went on to tell me that the driver who was supposed to deliver for my area didn't pitch for work yesterday, I don't understand how is that any of my business.
