Bad customer service, extremely poor delivery service,

They have been holding on to my package for more then 8 days and when I get on their tracking system their system says " the parcel is onboard the Courier vehicle" then the next day is back in the warehouse "next scheduled delivery" this has been going on for 8 days straight. I get in contact with their consultant Busi and the tell me my order is out for delivery not brush me off. Shein please do better, I don't know if I will ever receive my package. If zero star was a possibility I would give it to them.
