Bad customer service

I've experienced a very bad customer service. The aldriver who was supposed to deliver my parcel. refused to come to the house saying I must walk to the entrance. I told him that I won't be able to do that because I don't have a car and its far to yo there. He said "ok, you will make other arrangements for your delivery " His attitude was also so wrong. He then went back with my parcel. The parcel was sent back to the sender and this is something that I ordered in June. Today I received a message that I must make a payment for my parcel to be delivered to me again. This is fastway couriers Johannesburg, Kempton Park and the driver's name is Themba. I don't wish to use their services again
