NR***. My order was collected on 24th already. No response on the website, Spoke to chantall this morning. She never phoned me back. Phoned and spoke to Jason frans, where he wanted to give the driver's number to me to phone? I phoned Driver Warren. He had the audacity to tell me what ever I want to he does not know when he will deliver my parcel as he is still in the depot. How on earth is this customer service. I have another parcel that should be delivered by you. I will defnitely inform the vendors to now use your company as a courier in future.
