Bad customer service, been waiting for my oder from the 14 of this month till today it did not arrive

Bad customer service, been waiting for my oder from the 14 of this month till today it did not arrive. Yesterday i asked if i can go and get it in the depot they told me the depot was closed until 15:00, they told me they gonna bring it today but when i called today the say they don't have a vehicle and i must ware that outfit today im so disappointed in that courier.
