Bad customer service as poor service delivery

Customer service sucks. Online chatting and WhatsApp chat no help as whole day you Wai for an agent to chat and try and resolve your issues but to no avail. No one is there. My parcel dispatched on 7th from Jhb today 11th and not in cape town yet. Almst 5 days and nothing yet and no one can help. . I order from Shein regularly and buffalo services always on point and always uses the Courier guy. But for the first time my parcel was sent to local courier I e Fastway and boy what a huge mistake, inconvenience ,and talotal flop
