Bad Customer Service and Lazy Drivers

I’m still waiting for this company to deliver my package that they’ve held for weeks, they just refuse to deliver. They have the most *********** staff that does not care about customer service. They’ve literally dropped the fone on my ear several times and have the audacity to lie and say that I do not pick up my fone when they try to deliver as if that’s an excuse to not deliver when I have a company address they need to deliver to. I don’t even want to talk about when I call and get told that the package will be delivered today and never really arrives. They do not deserve to be in business, they need to shut down.
