Bad customer service

I need help with my parcel 2G*** I talked to one of your consultant this morning even though I was attended after an hour, I wanted to change my delivery address I was told I can't since it shows my delivery is tomorrow but then I was told my address is vosloorus, I told the consultant that's not my address and still now the person haven't responded. Palmridge is in katlehong not vosloorus. This is my address 24470 Latom street palmridge ext 10 katlehong 1458.ext 10 it's not far from sky city mall if that's confusion
