Bad customer service

I received an sms that my parcel was out for delivery and will be delivered by 5pm. I only get a call at 16:30, and they telling me there was no company name on the address. They even lie and say the driver tried calling me around 1pm, I don't even have a missed call at that time. Reading the reviews I am not the only one experience bad service. They don't even care when I tell them I will not be around tomorrow. @Woolworths, I hope you check the courier companies that you work.
