Bad customer service

My parcel was delivered to a locker but my details were not entered correctly so I got no sms saying what locker my stuff was in or the passcode. I phoned and had to explain myself 4 times to 4 different people before somebody gave me the wrong number for the driver. I phoned back and got the right number. The driver didn't care and couldn't remember exactly which locker he put it in and gave me an approximate guess.
