Bad customer service!

Fastway Couriers Cape Town has very BAD customer service manners. They never pick calls, and if and when they do, they drop the call again. They keep you waiting for such a long time on the line. They pick calls and drop calls as and when they like. Why have a customer service line if you won't pick the calls? Worst customer service ever!
